Linda Lou Mabry, age 87, of Vandalia, IL passed away Monday, April 13, 2026.

Linda was born July 7, 1938 in Ramsey, IL, the daughter of Marvin Sanders and Thelma (Durbin) Sanders. She married Larry Dean Mabry on July 24, 1955 in Vandalia, IL. Linda was affiliated with the First Christian Church in Vandalia, and worked for many years in her family's hospitality business.

She is survived by her children; Jody (Larry) Goldsboro of Vandalia, IL, and Mark Mabry (Susan Williams) of Vandalia, IL, her son-in-law; Joe Pruett of The Villages, FL, her grandchildren; Heidi, Cody, Cory, Adam, and Jordan, 7 great grandchildren, and sister; Sonie (Ron) Pflum of Tampa, FL.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Larry Mabry, her daughter; Tanna Pruett, and her brother; Terry Wirwahn.

Per Linda's wishes, cremation rites will be honored and no services will be held. Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL is in charge of arrangements. Online memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.millerfh.net.
