Linda Annette Rebbe, 64, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2024, at SSM Health DePaul Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, June 28, 2024, at Unity Baptist Church, Vandalia, IL with Pastor Robert Weaver officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday at the church. Memorials: Fuller Center for Housing of Fayette Co. and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, is in charge of arrangements. Online memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.millerfh.net.
She was born February 24, 1960, in Pana, IL, the daughter of Michael Gordon & Barbara Sue (Miller) Hawthorne. She married Phillip G. Rebbe on September 11, 1993, in Vandalia, IL. She was a mail carrier for the US Postal Service for 31 years; affiliated with Northside Christian Church; a member of the Vandalia Country Club; and she loved to volunteer at the Fuller Center.
She is survived by: Husband - Phil Rebbe, Vandalia, IL; Sons - Heath Luster, Vandalia, IL and Jordan Luster & Amber Branson, Sunset Hills, MO; Step-Daughter - Mattison Perez & Cesar, Freeburg, IL; Grandchildren - Calvin, Rilo, Leo, and Luca; Sisters - Janis Edwards & Randy, Vandalia, IL, Deb Kelly, Vandalia, IL, and Carol Mullen & Joe, Springfield, IL.
Preceded in death by: Her Parents.
