Linda Annette Rebbe, 64, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2024, at SSM Health DePaul Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, June 28, 2024, at Unity Baptist Church, Vandalia, IL with Pastor Robert Weaver officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday at the church. Memorials: Fuller Center for Housing of Fayette Co. and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. She was born February 24, 1960, in Pana, IL, the daughter of Michael Gordon & Barbara Sue (Miller) Hawthorne. She married Phillip G. Rebbe on September 11, 1993, in Vandalia, IL. She was a mail carrier for the US Postal Service for 31 years; affiliated with Northside Christian Church; a member of the Vandalia Country Club; and she loved to volunteer at the Fuller Center.

She is survived by: Husband - Phil Rebbe, Vandalia, IL; Sons - Heath Luster, Vandalia, IL and Jordan Luster & Amber Branson, Sunset Hills, MO; Step-Daughter - Mattison Perez & Cesar, Freeburg, IL; Grandchildren - Calvin, Rilo, Leo, and Luca; Sisters - Janis Edwards & Randy, Vandalia, IL, Deb Kelly, Vandalia, IL, and Carol Mullen & Joe, Springfield, IL.
