Larry W. Pence, 71, of Shobonier, Illinois, passed away Monday, April 27, 2020, in Vandalia, IL.

He was born September 5, 1948, in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Benjamin & Kathleen (Williams) Pence. He worked for AT&T as a Technical Engineer; Vandalia Community Schools Custodian; and was a US Army Veteran. He was affiliated with the Baptist faith. Larry Loved to fish, work on cars, work in the yard, and most of all hanging out on the porch with friends and family.

He is survived by: Sons - Matthew Pence, Weeki Wachee, FL and Eric Pence & Denise, New Port Ritchey, FL; Daughter - Dawn Daniels, Shobonier, IL; Sister - Beverly Higgins, St. Charles, MO; Special Friend - Brandi Chapman, Vandalia, IL; 11 Grandchildren - Benjamin, Breanna, Brittany, Blake, Haley, Chance, Joshua, Abigail, Emma, Mia and Gabe; and 7 Great Grandchildren- Naomi, Ben, Shyleigh, Jaxson, Gavin, Aidens, and Ali, + 2 on the way.

Preceded in death by: Parents; and Sister- Georgia Weiss.
