Larry Lee Manley, 76, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Monday, September 4, 2023, at Vandalia Rehab & Healthcare Center, in Vandalia, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 11, 2023, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, with Rev. Wes Bell officiating. Burial will follow at Taylor Cemetery, Rural Vandalia, IL. Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Monday, September 11, 2023, an hour and a half prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials: Taylor Cemetery, rural Vandalia, IL. He was born August 5, 1947, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Carl Glen & Lucille (Osborn) Manley. He retired from Contel Communications; was affiliated with the Masonic Lodge; and was a member of various electrical workers unions over the years; he enjoyed helping with cookouts and spending time with friends.

He is survived by: Sons - Ricky Manley and Rodney Manley, both of Vandalia, IL; Sisters - Linda Hagy & Gary, Brownstown, IL and Karen Manley, Decatur, IL; Step-Brother - Carl Manley & Connie, St. Elmo, IL; Grandchildren - Meaghan, Justin and Jagger.

Preceded in death by: Parents; Brothers - Keith and Randy Manley; Special Friend - Judy Brazle.
