Kelli A. Powell, 32, of Brownstown, IL, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016, in Brownstown, IL.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 10, 2016, at the First Baptist Church, Ramsey, IL, with Pastor Terry Sapp, officiating. Burial will follow at Ramsey Cemetery, in Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 10, 2016 at First Baptist Church, Ramsey, IL. Memorials: Donors Choice.
She was born October 12, 1983, in Decatur, IL. She married Scott Allen Powell, October 1, 2005, in Ramsey, IL. She was a Customer Service Rep./Teller at First Bank, and attended Metro Community Church, all of Vandalia, IL.
She is survived by: Parents, Cindy & Jeff Blackburn, Ramsey, IL; Husband - Scott Powell, Brownstown, IL; Sons - Dillan, and Twins Ryan & Lucas Powell, all at home; Sisters - Jennifer Barenfanger & Ben, and Megan Kircher & Wes, all of Ramsey, IL and Jordan Blackburn & Will, Vandalia, IL; Grandparents - Marjorie Fish, and Bob & Diane Blackburn, all of Ramsey, IL; In-laws - Nelson & Carolyn Powell, Brownstown, IL; Nieces - Madison & Mackenzie Barenfanger; and Several Aunts and Uncles.
Preceded in death by: Grandparents, Leroy & Juanita Moreland.
