Kathy Ann Runge, 57, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Monday, May 12, 2025, at her home in Ramsey, IL.

Services will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, May 16, 2025, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, with Pastor Travis Warner officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Friday, May 16, 2025, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family and/or Quad County Hospice. She was born March 7, 1968, in Hillsboro, IL, the daughter of David M. & Carolyn Bee (Gipson) Doyen. She married Bryan Runge on April 29, 2006. She has worked at Fedders in Effingham, IL, Brockway Plastics in Vandalia, IL and as a manager at McDonalds in Vandalia, IL; she was a member of Grace Fellowship Church in Fillmore, IL. Kathy loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Survived by: Husband - Bryan Runge, Ramsey, IL; Daughters - Stephanie Wilkerson & Terrance and Stacey Wemple; Son - Derrick Wemple & Miranda, all of Vandalia, IL; Step Children - Andrew Runge and Kayla Crabtree; Brother - David Doyen & Jenny, Coalton, IL; Sisters - Goldie Brown & Rob, Watson, IL and Missy Marley & Davy, Fillmore, IL; and 9 Grandchildren.
