Kathleen D. "Kay" Holliday, 95, of Ramsey, IL, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at her home. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, April 29, 2013, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ramsey, IL, with the Rev. Father Joseph Havrilka officiating. Burial with Military Rites, will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, in Vandalia, IL. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, April 28, 2013, with Rosary at 5:30 P.M., at Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL. Memorials: Donors Choice. She was born on September 20, 1917, in Chenoa, IL, the Daughter of Earl C. and Susan L. (Power) Jeffers. She married Walter K. Holliday, Sr. on September 14, 1946, in Chenoa, IL. Hap passed away 7/11/06. Kay was a Homemaker and a member of Anderson-Scroggins Post 460 Am. Legion; St. Joseph Catholic Church and St. Joseph Altar & Rosary Society, all of Ramsey, IL; and was a World War II Army Veteran. She is survived by Son, Walter "Happy" Holliday, Jr. & Becky, Daphne, AL; Daughter, June Holliday, Ramsey, IL; 11 Grandchildren; and 13 Great Grandchildren. Preceded in death by: Parents; Husband; Son, George T. "Pidge" Holliday, 1992; Sister, June Kauffman.
