Judith Ann Carruthers, 83, of Vera, Illinois, passed away Friday, June 21, 2024, at her home in Vera, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, June 24, 2024, at First Baptist Church of Ramsey, Ramsey, IL with Pastor Joe Lawson officiating. Burial will follow at Sharon Cemetery, Rural Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until the service time at 11:00 AM on Monday at the church. Memorials: Sharon Cemetery, Vera Baptist Church, and/or Rehoboth Baptist Camp. Judy was born April 4, 1941, in Centralia, IL, the daughter of George R. Sr. & Wanita B. (Warren) Snider. She married Roy P. Carruthers on August 18, 1959, in Patoka, IL. He passed away on October 18, 2013. She retired from Crane Packing Company; was a member of Vera Baptist Church; and was a loving wife and mother.

Survived by: Sons - Steven Carruthers & Stephanie, Bingham, IL and Sam Carruthers, Patoka, IL; Daughters - Pam Marlow & Steve, O'Fallon, MO, Shelly Keppler & Kevin, Vandalia, IL, Deena Mosbarger & Robert, Flora, IL, Lawanda Carruthers & Diana, Pleasant Plains, IL, and Wanita Lister & Jason, Bolivar, MO; 18 Grandchildren; 29 Great-Grandchildren; Sisters - Nancy Snider, Patoka, IL and Carolyn Wadkins, Odin, IL; Several Nieces & Nephews.
