Joseph "Joe" S. Davis, 79, of Saint Elmo, Illinois, formerly of Bingham, IL, passed away Friday, November 12, 2021, at Aperion Care, St. Elmo, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at Liberty Church, rural Bingham, IL, with Pastor Harry Kirk officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery, rural Bingham, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM,1 hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials: To the family, Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL, is in charge of arrangements. Joe was born January 3, 1942, in Tower Hill, IL, the son of Joseph Oliver & Edna Mae (Henson) Davis. He married Sandra Lee Piel on June 30, 1968, in Pana, IL, she passed away January 19, 2015. He was a retired Engineer for Refractory Products and was a member of Liberty Church, rural Bingham, IL. Joe was a handyman and had a passion for working on motorcycles.

Survived by: Son - Jody Davis & Lindsay, Lakewood, IL; Daughter - Lindy Eddy & Kevin, Bingham, IL; Grandchildren - Terrance, Brett, Elijah, Tasia, Nathan & Quinton; Great Grandchildren - Kylar, Willow and Arizona; Sisters - Rose Stine, Herrick, IL and Marian Bryant, Decatur, IL; Godson- Brian Cleary, Chicago, IL; and Several Nephews & Nieces.

Preceded in death by: His Parents; Wife; Brothers- Walter, Jim and Bob Davis and Sisters-Mary Miller and Thelma Hashbarger.
