Johnnie Rufus Warner, 83, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Monday, April 21, 2025, at his home in Ramsey, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 24, 2025, at First Baptist Church, Ramsey, IL with Pastor Jeff Shouse officiating. Burial will follow at Ramsey Cemetery, Ramsey, IL. He was born February 21, 1942, in Ramsey, IL, the son of Rufus Andrew & Marie Edna (Fouts) Warner. He married Karen Louise Frailey on July 3, 1965, in Vandalia, IL. He worked for the Illinois Department of Transportation and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ramsey, IL.

Survived by: Wife - Karen Warner, Ramsey, IL; Daughter - Jill Hadley & Shane, Ramsey, IL; Grandchildren - Kate Marie Warner, Christian Hadley, Blake Hadley, and Shayna Hadley; Great Grandchildren - Paisley, Antalyn, and Nashe; Brother - Bill Warner & Kim, Vandalia, IL; Sisters - Mary Hayes & Tom, Herrick, IL, Betty Goodman & Gary, Romeoville, IL, and Linda Gillman & Beril, Ramsey, IL.
