Jeffrey Clay Oller, age 66, of Vandalia, IL passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

Jeffrey was born February 24, 1959, in Louisville, KY, the son of Efton Oller Jr. and Rose Mary (Childress) Oller. He was loved by his family and was a very gentle man. Jeffrey loved to draw and was a great artist.

Over the years Jeff had various employments and was a journeyman tool and die and earned the second mate status in the tugboat industry.

He is survived by his brother; Todd Oller (Christina) of Bowling Green, KY, sister; Linda (Bruce) Berry of Glasgow, KY, nephews; John M. Bowles II, Brian T. (Amber), Bowles, and Christian Oller, nieces; Lauren (Kevin) Murphy, Anna (Chase) Rutledge, and Chloe Oller, three great nieces, and two great nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Sandra Oller Childress.
