Janice M. Sullivan, 44, of Mattoon-Charleston, Illinois, formerly of Vandalia, IL, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019, in Lakeland Rehab & Health Care Center, Effingham, IL.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Parkview Free Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL, with Dr. Ward Sussenbach, officiating. Private Burial. Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 23, 2019, *before service*, at the Church. Memorials: Coles County Humane Society and/or American Cancer Society.
She was born July 25, 1974, in Vandalia, IL, the daughter of Orland Newton & Violet Marie (Adams) Autenrieth. Janice was a Coder at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health System, Mattoon, IL, and member of Parkview Free Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL.
She is survived by: Father - Orland Autenrieth, Vandalia, IL; Son - Jay Michael Sullivan, Edwardsville, IL; Brother - David Autenrieth & Katie, Pasadena, CA and Sister - Cynthia Autenrieth, Vandalia, IL.
Preceded in death by: Her Mother.
