Janet Marie Friesner, 85, of Crosby, Minnesota, formerly of Vandalia, IL, passed away Friday, September 13, 2024, at her home in Crosby, MN.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, September 20, 2024, at Bethel Baptist Church, Vandalia, IL with Dr. Ben Foxworth and Rev. Donny Price officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Cemetery, Rural Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, September 20, 2024, at the church. She was born December 7, 1938, in Bingham, IL, the daughter of Lawrence S. & Evalyn L. (Sanders) Hoffman. She married William "Bill" Friesner on October 14, 1955. She worked as a trust accountant and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

She is survived by: Husband - Bill Friesner, Crosby, MN; Son - Darryl Lee Friesner & his partner, Kathy Schneider of Fifty Lakes, MN; Grandchildren - Joshua Friesner & Shawna, Jonathan Friesner & Kate, Wesley Friesner & Judith, Nathan Friesner & Melissa, and Abbie Golab & Steven; Great Grandchildren - Preston, Carter, Autumn, Reggie, Summer, Mariya, Micah, Natalie, Tucker, Thea, Nora, Graham, and Asher; Sisters - Carolyn McLaughlin, Judy Hunt & Fred, and Denise Dexheimer.
