She was born November 12, 1912, in Madison County, IL, the daughter of Emil & Constance (Tremblay) Rogier. Married Franklin W. Anderson on July 14, 1934, Vandalia, IL, he passed away November 30, 1982. She was a Retired Secretary for McKellar Insurance Agency, Vandalia, IL; Member of First Christian Church, past church board member and secretary; and Christian Women's Fellowship, secretary/treasurer for many years & President for one term, all of Vandalia, IL.

She is survived by: Nieces - Dona Sellers & Ronald, Charleston, IL and Lynn Harrell, Fairhope, AL.; Cousins- Bonnie Christin and Don Rogier.

Preceded in death by: Parents: Husband; Devoted Companion - William Smail; 2 Brothers - Harry & Clarence Rogier.
