Obituary
H. Richard Hess, 77, of Vandalia, IL, formerly of Harrisburg, IL, passed away Friday, November 20, 2015, in Vandalia, IL.
In honoring his wishes there will be no service or visitation.
He was born January 24, 1938, in Harrisburg, IL, the son of Harry G. & Mildred S. (Stiff) Hess. He was a Manager of an Employment Agency, St. Louis, MO.; U.S. Army Veteran; member of Temperance Lodge # 16, A.F.A.M., Moose Lodge #1447, & Vandalia Country and Golf Club, all of Vandalia, IL; and Elks Club.
He is survived by: Companion - Juanita Kidd, Vandalia, IL; Son - Richard P. Hess, St. Louis, MO; Daughter - Terry E. Carr & Jerry, Golconda, IL; Sister - Neva Weatherly & David, Punta Gorda, FL; & Several Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: Parents and 1 Sister - Judy Worthington.
