Graveside Services will be held at, 12:00 P.M. Noon,Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Rural Ramsey, with Pastor Jeff Shouse officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until service time Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL, Memorials: United Methodist Village, Godfrey, IL. Born June 24, 1924, in Madison, IL, the daughter of Ray Watson & Georgia Grace (Whitten) Halford. Married Leslie H. Fletcher June 24, 1942 Alton, IL, he passed in 1956. Married Nelvin L. Williams, November 24, 1965 in Alton, IL and he passed away July 19, 2008. Glova was a former lab worker at Western Cartridge Co., beautician, homemaker and member of First Baptist Church of Ramsey, She loved cooking, gardening, preserving and reading her Bible. She found great comfort in being a Child of God.

and Leslie Craig & Carl, Manchester, TN; 6 Grandchildren - Tim, Marie, Mike, Jason, Lee Anne & Jacob; 11 Great Grandchildren - Elizabeth, Wesley, Steven, Lauren, Logan, Kyla, Tyler, Dreya, Kara, Haley & Morgan; 4 Great Great Grandchildren - Sadie, Ethan, Max & Dylan; 2 Brothers - Jim Halford ,Godfrey, IL and Dick Halford, Salt Lake City, UT.
