Gloria M. Branum, 74, of Fillmore, IL, died on Saturday, August 06, 2011 at her home in rural Fillmore, IL. Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, August 10, 2011, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL , with Rev. Ernest Flowers officiating. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery, in Fillmore, IL. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 and 1 hour before service, Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home in Vandalia. Memorials: Fillmore Historical Society. Gloria was a homemaker and farmer. She was affiliated with Fillmore United Methodist Church, a memeber of Fayette County Home Extension, American Quarter Horse Assoication with over 5000 hours of riding,an Election Judge and an avid Bowler. She was born on Friday, October 16, 1936, in South Fillmore Township, Montgomery County, IL, the daughter of Noel and Emma Melvina (Cole) Alexander. She married Bonnie L. Branum on June 10, 1955 in Fillmore, IL. She is survived by, Husband, Bonnie Branum of Fillmore, IL Daughter: Barbara Cearlock & John, Vandalia, IL, Grandson: Jason Cearlock & Jamie, O'Fallon, MO, Granddaughter: Colleen Cole & Chris, Fillmore, IL Preceded in death by her Parents, One Daughter: Dana Branum in 1968, One Brother: Gerald Alexander in 1989
