Gary A. Hooker, 67, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019, at his home, Ramsey, IL.
Per Gary's request no services will be held.
Born October 28, 1951, in Chicago, IL, the son of Eldon Samuel & Lena (Mondia) Hooker. He was a Forklift driver at Reynolds Metals, Chicago, IL, for 17 years; South Eastern Bottling Co., Effingham, IL; and US Army Veteran.
Survived by: Step-Mother - Bonnie Mae (Rector) Hooker, Ramsey, IL; Daughters - Lena Marie Schmidt & Christopher, Plainfield, IL and Tracey Roepke & Sean, Joliet, IL; Grandson - Daniel Miernicki & Ashley; Great Grandson - Paul Miernicki; Brother - Brian Hooker & Mary, Joliet, IL; Sister - Rhonda Moore & Dana, Decatur, IL; Step-Son - Jeffrey Laucus, Orland Park, IL; and Step-Daughter - Kim Smith-Laubenstein, Lake Villa, IL. 3 Grandchildren - Nathan Laubenstein, Hannah Smith and Phoenix Laucus.
Preceded in death by: Parents; Grandson - Joseph Miernicki; and Sisters - Brenda Majors and Valerie Kolacki.
