Vandalia, Ainad Temple Shrine, E. St. Louis, IL, Vandalia Moose Lodge #1447, and Fayette Co. YMCA, Vandalia, IL. Frank loved to hunt and fish and spending time with his grandchildren, even teaching them how to swim.
