Evadine J. Smith, 83, of Fillmore, Illinois, passed away Friday, December 17, 2021, at Hillsboro, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, December 20, 2021, at Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore, IL, with Pastor Harry Kirk officiating. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Fillmore, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday, December 20, 2021 (1 hour prior to the service), at the Funeral Home. Memorials: Montgomery County PAWS CARE, Hillsboro, IL. Evadine was born on August 30, 1938, in Bingham, IL, the daughter of TheodoreClinton & Bessie (Merriman) Davidson. She married Kenneth Eugene "Gene" Smith on June 11, 1960, Fillmore, IL. She was a Homemaker and served on Fillmore Twp. Election Board. She was affiliated with the Christian faith.

Survived by: Husband - Eugene "Gene" Smith, Fillmore, IL; Son - Brent Smith & Krista, Fillmore, IL; Daughters - Jeanna Lorton & Jay, Fillmore, IL and Joy Heldebrant, Witt, IL; Sister - Norma Black, Vandalia, IL; Grandchildren - Jamie, Dustin, Kelsey, Mandy, Jade and Jasmine; 6 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grand Child.
