Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 21, 2011at Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey, IL with Rev. Norris Price officiating. Burial will be in Price Cemetery, Rural Oconee, IL. Ethel was born on February 9, 1917, in Oconee Twp., Shelby County, IL, the daughter of Howard Leonard and Theris Nettie (Cowan) Manuel. She married George Edward on May 22, 1935 in Shelbyville, IL. Georged passed away on March 24, 1991. Ethel was a Homemaker. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Herrick, IL , affiliated with First Christian Church, Ramsey, IL and a member of Golden Circle Senior Citizens, Ramsey, IL. She is survived by 1Son: Larry Sallee & Norma, Herrick, IL 1 Daughter: Janet Shew & Larry, Casey, IL, 10 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren & 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
