Elsie M. Kelly, 77, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, Illinois, with Pastor Bob and Kelly Carruthers and Edmund Hill, officiating. Private burial at Independence Cemetery, Rural Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 9, 2019, prior to the service at the funeral home. Born September 23, 1941, in Patoka, IL, the daughter of William Edgar & Hulda (Hunter) Lambert. Married Gerald Eugene Kelly on April 19, 1959, Ramsey, IL. She was former employee at Brockway Plastics, Vandalia, IL, homemaker and affiliated with the Baptist Faith.

Survived by: Husband - Jerry Kelly, Ramsey, IL; Sons - Jeff Kelly & Renna, Vandalia, IL, Scott Kelly, Randy Kelly & Kim, all of Ramsey, IL; Daughter - Kim Reeder, Ramsey, IL; Brothers - Larry Lambert & Mary, Washington, IL and Ronnie Lambert & Melody, Vernon, IL; 8 Grandchildren - Danielle, Madison, Jenna, Jessica, Jeffrey, Jordan, Mathew and Jacob; 8 Great Grandchildren - Emily, Ryan, Kolter, Kyler, Kade, Easton, Olivia and Lillian.
