He was born November 15, 1923, in Ramsey, IL, the Son of Samuel J. and Lula E. (Feldpouch) Hooker. He married Bonnie M. Rector on June 08, 1963, in Bridgeview, IL. Eldon was a Maintenance Supervisor at Owens Corning and was affiliated with the First Baptist Church, Ramsey, IL. He is survived by Wife, Bonnie Hooker of Ramsey, IL; Sons: Gary Hooker, Ramsey, IL; Brian Hooker, Joliet, IL; Daughters: Brenda Majors and John, CA; Rhonda Moore and Dana, Decatur, IL; 9 Grandchildren and Several Great-Grandchildren; 1 Sister: Lula Messina, Pana, IL (Formerly of Ramsey).
