Eithal M. Hoffman, 97, of Ramsey, IL, died on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at Fayette Co. Hospital, ER in Vandalia, IL. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey, IL with Rev. Norris Price officiating. Burial will follow at Ramsey Cemetery in Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL. (1 hour before the Service) Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials: Golden Circle Nutrition Program, Ramsey, IL. Eithal was born on November 1, 1914, in Bingham, IL, the daughter of Chester Eugene and Hallie Mae (Lovelace)Halford. She married George "Lindel" Hoffman on September 28, 1936 in Ramsey, IL. Lindel passed away on April 30, 1984. Eithal was a Homemaker, member of First United Methodist Church, Ramsey, IL, former member of O.E.S., Ben Hur Literary Club & Fayette County Home Extension. She is survived by 1 Son: John Hoffman & Nancy, Alabaster, AL; 1Daughter: Linda Hoffman, Lake Forest, IL; 2 Sisters: Verneva Roberts, Vandalia, IL & Oneida Moreland, Princeton, IL; 2 Grandsons: Greg & Mark Hoffman; 3 Step Grandchildren: Lecia Sutherlin, David & Mark Brown; 4 Great Grandchildren & 5 Step Great Grandchildren. Preceded in death by Parents, Husband, 1 Brother= Errott Halford, 4 Sisters= Inez Wilson, Angie Cole, Odessa Wilson, Eugenia Fisher.
