Eddie W. Oldham, 80, of Salem, IL, formerly of Ramsey, IL, died on Thursday, June 13, 2013, at his home. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, June 17, 2013, at First Baptist Church, Ramsey, IL, with the Rev. Norris Price officiating. Burial will follow at Ramsey Cemetery, in Ramsey, IL, with military rites. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Sunday, June 16, 2013, at Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL and 1 hour prior to the service on Monday at the church. Memorials: American Cancer Relay For Life and/or American Heart Association. He was born on August 04, 1932, in Shobonier, IL, the Son of Elmer Glenn and Maude C. (Swick) Oldham. He married Sandy Rinaldi, married Annabelle (Warner) Hill in 1978, passed away 2001, he later married Theresa M. (Stack) Patton, on August 31, 2002, in Sandoval, IL. Eddie was a Chief Engineer for the Illinois Department of Corrections, was Owner/Operator of Oldham Real Estate, a member of Temperance Lodge #16, A.F.A.M. Vandalia, Ainad Temple Shrine, E. St. Louis, IL, an active participant in Relay For Life, a member of the First Baptist Church, Ramsey, IL, an avid gardener, Site observer for Old State Capital renovation project and was an Army Medic Veteran in the Korean War. He is survived by Wife: Theresa, Salem, IL; Daughter: Chris Kistler and Kevin, Vandalia, IL; Step-Daughters: Susan Bauerle and Fred, Ramsey, IL and Renee Palazzolo and Steve, Centralia, IL; Step-Son: Keith Patton and Regina, Salem, IL. 7 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Preceded in death by: his parents; wife, Annabelle; 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
