She was born on March 16, 1945, in Rural Ramsey, IL, the Daughter of Virgil Otto and Virginia Helen (Hubbs) Rhodes. She married Bobby "Bob" Dean Heggie on October 26, 1963, in Wilmington, IL, he passed away September 24, 1999. She was a Homemaker. She is survived by Mother Virginia; Son - Robert D. Heggie & Joyce & Daughter - Alicia Makovsky & Ray, all of Ramsey, IL; Daughter - Sherry Davis & Fred, Shelbyville, IL; Brothers - Ronnie Rhodes & Loretta & Virgil Rhodes & Tammy, all of Ramsey, IL; Sisters - Alice Williams & Joyce Milligan & Randy, all of Ramsey, IL and Shirley Dial & Jim of Tower Hill, IL; 10 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
