Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, January 25, 2019, at First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, Illinois, with Pastor Terry Westerfield officiating. Private family burial at a later date. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, January 25, 2019, before service, at the Church. Memorials: First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL and/or Shriners Hospitals For Children.

He was born, January 27, 1956, in Springfield, IL, the son of Robert Donald & Dorothy Jean (Matthews) Schultz. He was a Mechanic and member of First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL.

He is survived by: Mother - Dorothy J. Schultz, Vandalia, IL; Son - Chad Dane, Vandalia, IL; Sisters - Robin Scribner, Vandalia, IL and Teresea Anglin, East Alton, IL; and Several Nephews & Nieces.

Preceded in death by: Father.
