Donald Eugene Miller, 72, of Ramsey, IL passed away Monday, August 25, 2025 at Vandalia Healthcare and Senior Living in Vandalia, IL.

He was born June 26, 1953 in Pana, IL, the son of Donald Jesse Miller and Juel Deen (Bulka) Earle. Donald was known for walking around collecting cans for recycling, and he worked as a dish washer at Betty's Café. He also loved animals.

He is survived by his brother, David Miller; sister, Javerna (Rudy) Moreland; nieces and nephews, John, Jason, Amy, Esta (Paul), Andrea; and several great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and step-father, Louie Earle.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on September 6, 2025 at Glendale Cemetery in Fillmore, IL. Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, is in charge of arrangements. Online memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.millerfh.net.
