Donald Harold Newton, 82, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022, in Vandalia, IL.

He was born June 9, 1940, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Harold G. & Margaret Frances (Raymann) Newton. He was a retired armored truck driver for Wells Fargo.

He is survived by: Daughter - Marsha Elder, Sullivan, IL; Grandchildren - Nicole Elder, Sullivan, IL and Jacob Elder, Alton, IL

; Great Grand Child - Jordyn Schwartz; Sister - Diane Bauer & John, Bingham, IL; Nephews and Neice - Jason Rebbe, Trisha Warren and Joel Rebbe.
