Donald E. Davidson, 80, of Fillmore, IL, died on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, in Fillmore, IL. Services will be held at 4 P.M. Monday, February 16, 2015, at Liberty Church, Bingham, IL, with Pastor Harry Kirk, officiating. Visitation will be from 2-4 P.M. Monday, prior to the service at the church. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Montgomery County Cancer Assoc. He was born May 28, 1934, in Fayette County, the son of Theodore C. and Bessie (Merriman) Davidson. He was retired from Olin-Matheson and was an Army Veteran. He is survived by: Sons - Allen Sinks & Jeanetta, Vandalia, IL; Donald H. Davidson and Michael S. Davidson & Debbie, both of Fillmore, IL; Sisters: Norma Black, Vandalia, IL & Evadine Smith & Gene, Fillmore, IL; and 3 Grandchildren. Preceded in death by: Parents.
