David L. Reynolds, 67, of Saint Elmo, Illinois, formerly of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2020, at Aperion Care in St. Elmo, IL. Per his wishes cremation rites were accorded. Private family burial will be at a later date at Jefferson Barracks. Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, is in charge of arrangements. He was a retired handyman and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. David was a member of Seventh Day Adventist He is survived by: Daughter - Amanda Reynolds, Greenville, IL; Grandson - Dustin Eccles, Greenville, IL; Brother - Rev. Carl Chitwood & Marilyn, El Paso, TX; Sister-in-law - Patricia Chitwood Reed & Ed, Buffalo, KY; Nephew - Ray Chitwood & Karen, Summersville, KY; Niece - Gina Crowley, Chaffee, MO; and Former Spouse & Mother of his two children - Linda Reynolds Meyer. Preceded in death by: Parents; Son - Eric Reynolds; and Brother - Roy Chitwood.
