Darla Jean McDonald, age 64, of Fillmore, IL passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at her home in Fillmore, IL.

She was born February 6, 1961 in Red Bud, IL, the daughter of Robert and Ruth (Taylor) McDonald.

Darla is survived by her mother, Ruth McDonald; sons, Josh Cole and Jesse Cole; 5 grandchildren, Caden Cole, Avery Cole, Ian Cole, Connor Cole, and Collin Cole; sisters, Bonnie Nelson, Patty Kirk, and Rhonda Kasten.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert McDonald.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at Grace Fellowship Church in Fillmore, IL. A visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, one hour prior to the service.
