Daniel Cole, aged 62, passed away July 14, 2025, at St Louis University Hospital with his children by his side.

Daniel was born December 1, 1962, in Vandalia. He had a deep and lifelong love for animals, especially horses and Australian Shepherds. But most importantly, he loved his kids and grandkids more than anything.

Daniel is survived by his daughter, Courtney (Travis) Wininger; his son, Ethan (Keregan) Cole; three grandchildren, Paxton, Afton, and Bodee. He is also survived by sisters, Twila Finley and Staci (Kevin) Whitten, as well as several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dannie Cole and Georgia White; and his stepfather, Jerry White.

Daniel did not want a big service, but a visitation will be held from 4pm-6pm on Friday, July 18, 2025, at the Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey for those wanting to attend.
