Dale Alvin Harrison, 74, of Fillmore, Illinois, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022, at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore, IL, with Rev. Kathy Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery Fillmore, IL. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 P.M, Monday, March 7, 2022, at Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore, IL. Memorials: Fillmore United Methodist Church and/or Glendale Cemetery. Mr. Harrison was born February 18, 1948, in Fayette County, IL, the son of Bert Alvin & Helen Pauline (Jackson) Harrison. Married Mary Ellen Jerden on June 29, 1968, in Fillmore, Illinois. He was a lifelong farmer and the Fillmore Township Road Commissioner for 30 years. He was a member of Fillmore Sportsman's Club, Fillmore, IL.

He is survived by: Wife - Mary Harrison, Fillmore, IL; Son - Brent Harrison, Fillmore, IL; Daughters - Lisa Harrison, Fillmore, IL and Lori Hoffman & Jeff, Bingham, IL; Brother - David Harrison & Chris, Vandalia, IL; Sister - Kay Chase, Vandalia, IL; 7 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: His parents; 3 Brothers; 1 Sister; 1 Grandson - Ryan Dugan.
