Graveside Services with Military Rites will be held at 12:00 PM, Thursday, May 12, 2016, at Liberty Cemetery, RFD Brownstown, with Pastor Jim Dann officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Thursday, May 12, 2016, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL. Memorials: Mooseheart.

He was born March 15, 1937, in Lane, IL, the son of Kyle S. & Minnie F. (Harris) Kaiser. He was a retired Hwy. Construction Superintendent, with Midwest Fence Corp., Chicago, IL; US Navy Vietnam Veteran; Life Member of VFW; Vandalia Moose Lodge #1447; Vandalia Country and Golf Club; and affiliated with Liberty Christian Church, Rural Brownstown, IL.

He is survived by: Sister - Reva Woolard & Lloyd, Pana, IL; Grandchildren - Rob Kaiser & Molly, Greensboro, NC and Angie Kaiser, Decatur, IL; Great Grandchildren - Ben, Claire & Maddie; and Foster Daughter - Christine Ortmann, Festus, MO.

Preceded in death by: Parents; Son - Wayne Kaiser 2015; Brother - Roger Kaiser; Step-Mother - Rella (Gaugh) Kaiser.
