Claudia M. Porter, 74, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at HSHS Fayette County Hospital, LTC in Vandalia, IL.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 28, 2021, at Green-Hill Cemetery, Rural Fillmore, IL with Dr. Ben Foxworth officiating. She was born April 4, 1947, in Shafter, IL, the daughter of Herbert Paul & Alma E. (Whitten) Beckham. Married Robert L. Porter on December 22, 1988 in Highland, IL, he passed away March 8, 2020. She was a home healthcare giver and homemaker; and a member of Bethel Baptist Church, Rural Vandalia, IL.

She is survived by: Daughter - Jennifer Rodenmeyer & Paul, Wood River, IL; Daughter - Tiffany Raine Porter, Taylorville, IL; Grandchildren - Alexis, James, Adam, Kaleb & Finn; and Brothers - Kenneth E. McCollum and Harvey P. Beckham, both of Decatur, IL.
