Christopher B. Carroll, 29, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Fayette County Hospital ER in Vandalia, IL.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 13, 2021, at the First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL, with Pastor Tom Goodell, officiating. He was born February 19, 1992, in Hillsboro, IL, the son of Scott Smith & Jan Michelle Carroll. He enjoyed going to the Cardinals games; loved music and eating his favorite food, cheesecake. Most of all Chris loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by: Mother - Jan Michelle Carroll and Stan, Vandalia, IL; Father - Scott Smith, Hillsboro, IL; Sons - Khristian and Khristopher, at home; Daughter - Nevaeh, at home; Maternal Grandmother - Candice Carroll, Vandalia, IL; Uncle - Mark Carroll and Tori, Bethalto, IL; and Special Friend - Allyson Gillmore, Vandalia, IL. Extended family; Vette Bates, Levi, Devon, Daveon, Lamar, Vett, Josiah, Keisha, Arrianna, Jazzy and Ahmia.

Preceded in death by: Maternal Grandfather - Robert Carroll.
