Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, September 28, 2018, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ramsey, with Father Scott Snider officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery Ramsey, IL with Military Rites. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday, September 28, 2018, before service, at the Church. Born, May 30, 1925, in Fayette County, IL, the son of Charles Henry & Laura Rosanna (Durbin) Otto. Married Virginia Francis Marie McFarland, July 21, 1947 in Ramsey, IL, she passed away October 20, 2000. He was a retired farmer and retired employee at Crane Packing in Vandalia, IL for over 25 years. Charles was a WWII Army Veteran- sharp shooter and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ramsey, IL.

Survived by: Sons - Michael James Otto, Ramsey, IL and Phillip Eugene Otto, Hillsboro, IL; Daughters - Judy Ann Thacker, Donnellson, IL and Diane Marie Smith, Winslow, IN; Brother - Anthony Otto, Ramsey, IL; 15 Grandchildren; 26 + one on the way Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren.
