Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, October 07, 2012, at First Christian Church, Greenville, IL with the Rev. Darryl Bolen officiating. Private burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM (1 hr before service), Sunday, October 07, 2012, at First Christian Church, Greenville, IL. Memorials: First Christian Church, Greenville, IL and/or American Legion, Mulberry, Grove, IL. He was born on October 31, 1943, in Vandalia, IL., the son of Isadoro Howard and Florence Ethel Wetherell Oary. He married Christine Alison Ward on January 22, 1976, in Wood River, IL. Charles worked for Boeing in St. Louis, Mo., as a sheet metal specialist. He was a member First Christian Church, Greenville, IL. He is survived by wife, Chris Oary, Mulberry Grove, IL; son, Charles "Chuck" Oary, Jr. & Kimberly, Mulberry Grove, IL; Daughter, Tracy Oary, St. Louis, MO.; grandchildren, Brittany, Patrick, Josh and Zach and great grand child, Justin. Preceded in death by parents and sister, Ruby Carpenter.
