Charles R. Kaiser, 64, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Monday, February 24, 2014, at his home. Services will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday, February 27, 2014, at Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, with the Rev. Josh Frazee, officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday, prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials: Donors Choice. He was born July 25, 1949, in Vandalia, IL, the son of John C. & Leona A. (Brandt) Kaiser. Married Judith A. (Little) Willms on October 1, 1988, in Vandalia, IL. He previously was employed by Schnecke Elavator, Firestone in Decatur, IL, Fedders in Effingham, IL, John Crane, Vandalia and was a retired mailing manager for World Color Press, Salem, IL; an Army Viet Nam Veteran; a Member of Augsburg Lutheran Church, Shobonier, IL & was a St. Louis Cardinal Fan. He is survived by: Wife - Judy, Vandalia, IL; Children - Nathan Willms & Melissa, Brownstown, IL; Telisa Nance & Tyler, Renee Wright & Darby, all of Vandalia, IL & Trent McFarland, Sandoval, IL; Brother - David Kaiser & Audrey, Vandalia, IL; Sister - Marcia Wrath, CA; & Grandchildren - Brittany, Samantha, Kolten, Leila, Taylor, Jersee, Ashlen, Logan, T.J., Trinity & Dakota.
