Charles F. "Fred" Horn, 76, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020, at his home, Ramsey, IL.

Per his wishes cremation rites were accorded. Private Family Services and interment will be held at a later date. Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL, is in charge of arrangements. Online memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.millerfh.net.

Born May 24, 1943, in Fillmore, IL, the son of Charles Edward & Ruby Berneice (Work) Horn. He married Judith Otto in 1965 in Witt, IL and later married Gerogia L. Cole White in December of 2002. He was a retired Lineman for B&ORailroad Services LLC-Chessie System, Inc.; US Navy Veteran and was affiliated with the Catholic Faith. Fred loved to mow grass and cared for many cemeteries in the area, he also loved to hunt, especially mushrooms, dancing at the Eagles, but most of all spending time with his grandchildren.

(Cole) White Ramsey, IL; Sisters - Sandra Dorsey, Shelbyville, IL, Patty Horn, St. Elmo, IL, and Debra Baldock & Teddy, Ramsey, IL.
