Charles E. Cochran, 89, of Mendenhall, MS, formerly of Ramsey, IL, died on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Simpson General Hospital in Mendenhall, MS. Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 14, 2012, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Rural Ramsey, IL with Rev. Larry O'Dell officiating. Friends and Family may gather at the cemetery at 10:30 AM. Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey is in charge of the arrangements. Charles was born on July 23, 1922, in Harristown, IL, the Son of Charles Earl and Edna (Muldoon) Cochran. He married Evelyn E. Talley on August 27, 1947. Evelyn passed away on July 19, 2006. He was a Army World War II Veteran and a retired Truck Driver. He is survived by Sons: Earl Cochran & Sandy, Germantown Hills, IL and Dale Cochran & Peggy, Peoria, IL; Daughter In-law: Lois Cochran, Mendenhall, MS; 7 Grandchildren & 7 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Wife, Son-Dennis, Daughter-Carol Sue and 3 Brothers.
