Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 7, 2012, at First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL with Rev. Louis Frick officiating. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, in Vandalia, IL with Military Rites. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Thursday, June 7, 2012 at First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL (1 hr before the Service). Skip was born on August 25, 1931, in Vandalia, IL, the son of Darrell Glenn and Dorothy Wilson (Koehler) Carroll Sr. He married Margaret Louise Gibbons on August 7, 1954 in Licking, MO. Skip was a retired Teacher and Coach, a member of First United Methodist Church and Crawford Hale Post #95 American Legion both in Vandalia, IL and a Korean Navy Veteran.
