Cecil E. Warren, 78, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Monday, April 13, 2015, in Pana, IL.

He was born October 22, 1936, in Vandalia, IL, the son of John Labon & Elpha Jane (Summers) Warren. He was retired Welder/Electrician for Van Tran Electric, Vandalia, IL, Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict, member of Crawford Hale Post #95 American Legion and the Sherrifs' Association.
