Carl H. Miller, 87, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Vandalia Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Vandalia, IL.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Ramsey Christian Church, Ramsey, IL, with Pastor Richard Corwin & Rev. Kenneth Morell officiating. Burial will follow at Welch Cemetery, Rural Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at the church. Memorials: Union Christian Church and/or Ramsey First Responders. Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL, is in charge of arrangements. Born November 26, 1935, in Fayette County, IL, the son of Wilbert Archie & Beulah Mardell (Gelsinger) Miller. He married Betty Jane Bartlett on June 10, 1956, in Bayle City, IL. She passed away on August 22, 2006. He worked as a farm hand for Hunt Taylor Farms for 40 years and as road commissioner for Carson Township; was a member of Union Christian Church, Ramsey, IL.

Survived by: Sons - Meredith Miller & Diane, Blue Mound, IL and Gary Miller & Susie, Ramsey, IL; Daughter - Carla Morell & Kelvin, Ramsey, IL; 12 Grandchildren; 18 Great Grandchildren and 2 on the way; Brother - Wilbert Junior Miller & Pauline, Ramsey, IL; and Nephew - Eddie Miller, Winchester, IL.

Preceded in death by: Parents; Wife; Grandson - William Joseph; Brother - Leo Miller; 1 Nephew & 1 Niece.
