He married Mary Frances Ramelot in 1957, she passed away. Later married Treasa Kay Moore December 17, 1975. Billy was a retired truck driver for J.B. Hunt. He is survived by Son: Ricky Cox & Penny, Three Daughters: Tonya Cox-York & Billy, Kati Cox and Lacie Cox, all of Vandalia, IL. 8 Grandchildren Billy is preceded in death by his parents, 2 daughters and 1 brother.
