Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 14, 2016, at Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey, IL, with the Rev. Joe Lawson, officiating. Burial will follow at Ramsey Cemetery, in Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 14, 2016, at Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL. Memorials: To The Family.

She was born July 20, 1934, in Ramsey, IL, the Daughter of Hugh Henneger and Ruth Wilhelmina (Freitag) Ballard. She married Charles Eugene Manley on October 18, 1958, in Metropolis, IL. He passed away December 24, 2003. She was a Homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church, Ramsey, IL.

She is survived by: Son - Michael Manley & Young, Milpitas, CA; Daughters - Connie Lingafelter and Bonnie Haynes & Mike, all of Vandalia, IL; Grandchildren - Jason, Aaron, Mitch, Cole, Brittony, Ashley & Noah & 5 Great Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: Parents; Husband; Son - Mark Manley; 1 Brother, Gene; 2 Grandchildren - William & Denise.
