Services will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, September 11, 2016, at Ramsey Christian Church in Ramsey, IL, with Pastor Terry Sapp, officiating. Burial will follow at Ramsey Cemetery, Ramsey, IL. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday, September 11, 2016, at Ramsey Christian Church, Ramsey, IL. Memorials: Golden Circle Nutrition Program, Ramsey, IL.

She was born May 3, 1924, in Carson Twp., Rural Ramsey, IL, the Daughter of Lee Roy and Gertie May (Hebel) Stanbery. She married Harley Atwell Rosenberger, September 24, 1943. in Rural Ramsey, IL, he passed away April 22, 1982. Arlene was a Retired Site Supervisor @ Golden Circle Nutrition Program; member of Ben Hur Literary Club; TOPS IL #1872; Reed's Chapel United Methodist Church and affiliated with Ramsey Christian Church, all of Ramsey, IL.

She is survived by: Daughter - Jean Forbes, Brownstown, IL; Brothers - Gerald Stanbery, Raymond, IL and Jimmie Stanbery & Flossie, Ramsey, IL; Grandchildren - Eric Forbes, Stephanie Durbin, Stacie Raines, Kenny Forbes, Brian Lovett, Sarah Vincent, Beth Phillips and Josh Lovett; Several Great and Great Great Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: Parents; Husband; Daughters - Sharon Lovett and Linda Schmitt; 6 Brothers and 2 Sisters.
