Angela Maxine Kreienheder, 78, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Monday, December 2, 2024, at her home in Vandalia, IL.

She was born September 13, 1946, in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Neal & Dorothy Wilamena (Lursen) Russo. She married Jack Herbert Kreienheder on February 14, 1969, in St. Louis, MO. He passed on February 9, 2023. She worked in education and over the years was a teacher, counselor, and became assistant principal at Altamont Grade School. She also worked for the State Board of Education in East St. Louis dealing in curriculum.

She is survived by: Sons - Jason Kreienheder & Lindsay, Austin, TX and Mark Kreienheder, Vandalia, IL; Grandchildren - Will, Ireland Grace, and Lucia Blu; Brother - Pete Russo & Larysa, Myrtle Beach, SC; Sister - Vickie Huff & Ken, Wentzville, MO; Nephews - Chris Russo, Nick Russo & Andrea, and Michael Huff; Niece - Maggie Huff.
