Paul E. Eddy, 74, of Decatur, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2016, in Decatur, IL.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 17, 2016, at Second Church of God, Decatur, IL, with Pastor Mike Pritts, officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 17, 2016, 1 hour prior to the service, at the church. Memorials: Cancer Care Institute, Decatur, IL and/or St. John's Hospice Hospital Care.
He was born June 5, 1942, in Ramsey, IL, the son of Richard Charles & Dorothy Melida (Krueger) Eddy. Married Carol Audis Constante on March 17, 1978, Ramsey, IL. He was retired from Firestone in Decatur, IL; U.S. Army Veteran; Member of Decatur YMCA; and was affiliated with Second Church of God, Decatur, IL and Ramsey Methodist Church, Ramsey, IL.
He is survived by: Wife - Carol Eddy, Decatur, IL; Sons - Tim Eddy & Peggy, Pana, IL, Todd Eddy & Jennifer, Normal, IL and Robert Hesler, Decatur, IL; Daughter - Michelle Ferraro & Mike, Ravenel, SC; Brothers - Richard "Butch" Eddy, Raymond Eddy & Sharon, Charles Eddy, David Eddy & Erma, Dean Eddy & Joni, Gordon Eddy & Mary, Robert Eddy & Joyce, Norman Eddy & Carolyn, Allen Eddy & Shirley, all of Ramsey, IL and Kenneth Eddy & Brenda, Shelbyville, IL; Grandchildren - Matt, Ben, Sam, Debbie, Amber, Lisa and Ariel; and 1 Great Grandchild - Brylin.
Preceded in death by: Parents; Brother - Kermit Eddy and Sons - Steven & Arron.
